WHAT IS THE CURRENCY IN QUOTATION & PAYMENT?
For our Car rental, it will be quoted VND (Vietnam Dong) other the services, quotation will be in USD (American Dollars).
When you make a payment with our system, the payment will be with local Vietnamese Dong. Payment follow the date of service booked exchange rates mentioned on the BUYING RATE of our Bank webpage: Vietcombank.com.vn/default.aspx?&lang=en
WILL EVER VTT LOWER DOWN THE LISTED PRICES?
For our listed prices, they are fixed and will not be changed. Due to limited number of staff, VTT does not “play” with the price by higher it up and lower it down to make customers happy at the time they buy the services.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE & EXCLUDE?
– When you book any service with our Online Payment, the service will include:
+ Bank Transfer Fee: You pay nothing extra.
+ Taxes and Service Charges.
– The price will exclude:
+ Personal tips: This is not a MUST in Vietnam but it is highly recommended.
+ Drinks: Private tours include water with 1-2 bottle per person per day. But others will not include.
+ Extra Personal Expenditures.
PAYMENT PROGRESS
When you are interested into a service, please kindly send us a Request for that service. We would like to confirm its availability or Tailor it to your desire. The total amount in USD will appear.
IN 2015 – 2016:
When you agree with a Vietnam Tour Service, we would like to request for a deposit for the service online. The rest of the service will be paid upon your arrival at your convenient time.
FROM 2017:
When you agree with a Asia Tour Service, we would like to request for a deposit for the booking with our online payment system. The rest of the payment will be paid at the date following cancellation of the services. Some services are non-refunded when you book such as Tour Guide services or you book closer than the Free Cancellation date mentioned in the Cancellation Policy.
