EARLY BIRD

As a Local tour operator in Vietnam, our pricing should be designed to encourage guests to book before we sell out. This strategic pricing to drive early bookings helps build guest excitement and an offer to our returned customers.

HOW LONG TO BE AN EARLY BIRD

A Standard Asia Package Tour finalized 100 days before the travel plan will be counted as an Early Bird, the discount 5% will be applied to the final cost of from the tour package on site.
Noted: Finalized meant paying a deposit or the full amount of the tour package to secure the tour.

WHAT IS A TOUR PACKAGE

A day tour will be just without overnight hotels. Even a several day tours with us would not be called a tour package. We do not offer discount for the Early bird with the day tours.

A Tour package would include the from over 2 nights accommodations (Hotel, cruise) + day tours with guide and transfers, restaurants, tickets. 

CANCELATION WHEN PROBLEM ARISES

When you would like to change the dates of the plan after the trip, it would be simple by emailing us. There will not be any extra charge from our side except the difference may appear if your changed date will be in within the peak Vietnam holidays. 

As when you change the plan and would like to cancel the trip, it will follow our Cancelation Policy.

PROMOTION EXCEPTION

– This special 5% discount is not valid in following dates. Customers will need to pay in Full if they want to get the 

1. From 20nd Dec to 10th Jan, every year – Christmas Eve & New Year Holiday 

2. Vietnamese 2024 Lunar New Year Periods 1rd Feb to 20th Feb, 2024

3. From 29th April to 3nd May, every year – Vietnam Unification- May Day  Holiday 

4. From 1st to 3rd Sep- Vietnam Independence Day Holiday
