Halong bay Vietnam is such a popular place to visit in Vietnam that it is incomplete if you visit Hanoi (the North) and do not see this beautiful landscape. Every year, it is estimated that 10.000 international tourists visit this place from Hanoi (around 3.5 millions international tourist per year) leading to the business of around 2.5 billions USD for Halong tourism. In 2015, the entrance fee to Halong bay had dramatically raised from 60.000d per person into 120.000d per person for the day trip to Halong bay; in 2016 and early (till 31/3/2017) the fees are stated as below:

• Halong bay visit: 120.000d/pax. Paying Au Lac company Harbor fee: 40.000d/pax.
• Visit each place in Halong bay (Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, Titov island, Soi Sim island, Sung Song cave) will be counted 50.000d/pax extra.
• For overnight tours, fee for overnight is 200.000d/pax for 1 night, 350.000d/pax for 2 nights and 400.000d/pax for 3 nights.
• Kayaking in Halong bay will be charged from 1st of May, 2017 with 2$/pax for 2 Days 1 Night program and 5$/pax for 3 days 2 nights program.

Kid from 1m20 (4 feets) will be charged.

This entrance tickets are said to be "expensive" especially for Vietnamese and occupied almost 1/3 the cost for the day tour to Halong bay from Hanoi.

Halong Bay Entrance tickets 2017

The Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision 4278/2016/QD-UBND dated December 21^st, 2016 regulating charges in the cultural, sporting and tourism field in the province.

 Accordingly, Halong entrance tickets 2017 from 31st March will be changed a lot.

• Day tour: Fees for fiveroutes to Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay will be VND200,000-VND250,000 each route. Boats cannot go in a special own-designed routes.
• Staying overnight on the bays (one or two nights) are priced from VND500,00 to VND750,000 each person.

• + For 3 days 2 nights cruise tour, it is added 10$/pax + 5$/pax for kayaking.
• From 5st May 2017; the website rates will be updated and the tours will follow our website.
